Prices are for accommodation of two persons per day and vary according to the season.
For each additional person (from 1 up to 4 persons) there is a surcharge which varies from 30,00 to 50,00 Euros per day depending on age.
Children aged from 0 to 1 year in cot € 15,00 per day.
City tax € 1,50 per person per day.

In order to best meet your needs and above all not to limit the time available for check-in, Villa Fiore has decided to automate it, thus making operations faster and more autonomous.
Before your arrival you will receive an email with instructions for accessing the apartment and collecting the keys.
CHECK-OUT: within 10.00 a.m.
Villa Fiore s.a.s. accepts payments in cash or by wire transfer.
Payments with an ATM card or credit card are accepted: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro e Cartasì.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Upon confirmation of the reservation, we kindly ask credit card details as guarancy of the booking and a deposit of the 30% of the price of the full stay, payable by wire transfer to the following bank account: Cassa Rurale Alto Garda BIC Code: CCR TIT 2T 04A IBAN: IT91 K080 1634 3100 0000 0373 167 The balance of the stay must be paid within 7 days before the arrival date. In case of late arrival or early departure (whatever the reason), guests will be charged the full price of the stay.
In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, guests will be charged no penalty but Villa Fiore s.a.s. will hold the deposit amount paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 15 days before arrival deposit paid will be hold; from 14 to 3 days before arrival the 70% of the total amount will be hold; from 2 to arrival day total amount will be hold
